Always Exhausted

Hello everyone,
I am new to the group. I started the program back in september, but never used it. I have officially started to do my work this week. I am tired of constantly feeling tired.I have been blaming everything for my exhaustion except my anxiety. I'm always " about to get a cold" or "allergies" or whatever I can come up with to explain my exhaustion, but the bottom line is that it is hard for me to fall asleep, it is easy for me to wake up in the middle of the night, and i can't sleep past 5:30 am or six. The problem is that after 10:00 am I feel drowsy again, and that happens throughout the day. I have gotten use to going to sleep when I get anxious , but that's not healthy for me either. I hardly ever leave home now, or meet up with my friends. If my boyfriend's not at home to get me moving I won't even shower during the day. How can I stop feeling this way? I want my motivation back.
