HI

I am on the 3rd day of the program and so far so good. Today I have felt a little anxious but am trying to remember to breath correctly. I just want to feel better and stop worrying about when the next episode is going to happy. Sometimes I find myself thinking about when it will happen again and I need to STOP that thinking.

:)I was doing a lot of anticipatory anxiety wondering if it's going to happen again. What really helped me was using the six steps to ending a panic attack in this session. I'm currently in session 8 but that feeling only comes once in a while instead of everyday. just a tip that may help you.
