Hi all.
I started the program a week or so ago. I am glad to hear there are others like me. I have to fight my self critical thoughts that cause my anxiety just about every 1/2 hour of my day. The only good news is I'm seeing a new psychiatrist (thanks to my great therapist)who says I've been misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder for last three years and on all wrong meds.! Maybe there is hope!

Hey Chris Im new to this posting thing so i hope im doing this right. Im working on my second session too. I have to also fight the negative thoughts about myself everyday. I found that having friends that are supportive works for me and im now trying to do things i like to do and keep my mind busy so that i dont dwell on the bad things in my life. I sure hope u can get off meds. I too had a doctor that wanted to give me meds after meds. I just finally decided that wasnt the way i needed to go. Ive been struggling with anxiety since i was a child. But I am hopeful that this program will help us change our way of responding to the anxiety and stressors in our life. Today is a good day.
