Hey! So yesterday I listened to session two praying that it would help me control my panic attacks and it did! I am so happy! I really hope that the other tapes just help me out more and more. I have so many things I want to accomplish! I feel that being 18 is a really hard age because I am still really latched onto my parents and family, but I want to slowly become my own person and not be scared. Thanks Stress Center! You are great!

Congrats Molly!
I'm so happy to hear that you are taking action against this issue you've been facing. Being 18 is hard. I remember how difficult it was for me to head off into the real world (and actually, I didn't move out of my mom's until I was 22). We all go through some anxiety about becoming an adult. It's exciting and frightening and that's OK. Remember what is said in this session, "do you have a valid reason for being anxious because it is new?" YES - you do! And it's OK. You'll be fine and I'm glad you're having such great results with the sessions. Congrats again! -J

Hi Molly,
Your doing great, keep it up, go slowly and just enjoy every minute of the sessions. I do each one at least 3 times. I am starting 5 later today. I already can feel a huge change in myself and others can hear it and see it. I'm so greatfull also.
You have many wonderfull years ahead, I wish at 18 I had even known what was wrong with me.
God Bless,

Hi all this is my first tme in here. I just started session 2 and I am praying I will have good results, I can already see a positive change since session 1. I'm so glad to see you 18 and 19 years olds using this program but it's never to late I said I am 52 and going through it. I am finding it hard to find the time for the relaxation sessions ever day. I hope that doesn't hurt my progress. Anyone else not finding time to do the relaxation CD 3 x's a day?

Momen, I am just starting session two today. I pray I get as much out of it as you did... I'm looking forward to lunchtime to go and listen to it. I'm so glad to see you taking steps so early in your life, I wished I had. But I am now and I am praying for the best for both of us...

I listen to the panic attack session on my way to school everyday which is a 30 minute drive. So far it has been absolutely effective at preventing me from worrying and such.

Thanks I almost finished it at lunch today and I think it will help immensely. I wish I could have finished it, I'll finish it up on my break! Thanks for your reply. How long are most of the CD's?

Session 2 has helped me to understand what I have been doing to myself all these years. I've been catching my negative self-talk and turning the thoughts into positive thoughts. I won't let the negative thoughts creep in and grow until I'm so scared I lose control of my life. Is there a workbook other than the guidebook for sessions 1-4? Lucinda mentions a workbook, is that a reference to the guidebook?

The workbook is the guidebook that has the weekly assignments for each session.
