I started this session the Thursday before this past Thursday and through mid-afternoon Monday I was doing great. Lots of momentum from day to day, losing the fear of having a panic attack, and doing more and more each day. Then Monday at the gym I pulled a muscle pretty badly. So I had to take prescription meds through Thursday which completely knocked me out, I slept most of the day. So I started back on my session yesterday and then tried one of my avoidance behaviors today. I really felt like I lost some momentum. I got through it using the techniques which I'm really happy about, but it was really hard. It took like 2 hours for the anxiety to go away, before it was taking only about 30 minutes. I'm glad I didn't just go home but I feel like i've take a step or two back.
Any thoughts on whether I should try sticking with session 2 for a few more days to make up lost ground or just go onto session 3? Today is supposed to be day 7 for me. To make things more completed I'm leaving this Thursday for a month long trip which most people think is great but for me is pretty brutal.
