I don't think anyone who has had anxiety disorders will find recovery is ever Fast enought! :) They have seen doctors and have been told she is in very good health...

"The good news is that you are healthy!!! I hope you take the time to celebrate that a bit.
You know, good things bring stress too. The birth of a new baby, new job, new friend...I think you are trying tooooo hard. :) All of the things you are trying are Good things...but maybe your expectations are a bit high. I mean that - it takes more than a few weeks to get good at what you are practicing and it also takes a bit of time to make the new thinking a part of your being.

In the beginning people tend to Grab the skills rather than focus on making them a life style. They actually make themselves more nervous with their intensity...make sense? Also, it takes time to diminish the toll that years of anxiety have taken...It is a Process. We have to give ourselves time to climb Down the ladder of stress.

I hope that is helpful. Carolyn

What a nice post! Its good to read a good one that encourages us as a whole to be the best we can be without going overboard.

Life is a gift and every single step we take in the right direction is a wonderfull accomplishment that sometimes we forget to praise ourselves for.

Patience and expectations......good lessons learned.
