Hello All;
This past week especially the last three days has been tough sticking with the program.Since Thursday evening I really have not been listening to the CD or using the relaxation exercise.In my journal I separate all the logs into days, and did not post anything for Thursday,Friday,or Saturday.So yesterday I wrote the logs for those three days trying to remember all the anxious moments,and everything else that I log in my journal,and then I watched the coaching DVD,and then listened to the audio CD.I decided that due to the fact that I have not worked on anything over those few days that I would spend an extra few days on Session 2.Today I will read the material in the workbook,and then move on to Session 3.It just feels like I am not ready to move on to Session 3 yet.Maybe I will feel different after I read the material in the workbook, and log in my journal.Any suggestions?

While I am still pretty new to this myself, I believe you need to move along as best as you can. Personally, I haven't yet done the journal yet, but I will start tomorrow.

Good luck - you'll do fine I think.
