i was sort of procrastinating this session because i don't like to think about panic attacks. I like to ignore the feelings and so forth, so i am scared that this session will bring up those scary feelings and bring it all out of the closet. I know i have to face my fears and i will try to listen to the tape tonight but was wondering if anyone else feels the same or any pointers in helping get through this session?!

This is my second time around in the program, and i'm in the session 2. I'm reviewing the feelings that i was going through at that particular time. It's scary,honestly, i felt as if i wanted to die. Life did nothing for me. I'm so glad idon't feel that way anymore, i'm so grateful and full of life. Keep hope.

Lots of people have a little more anxiety when they first start the program. But Please dont stop,, I promise it gets better!!! You will learn how to stop the attacks of anxiety, and its worth a little more anxiety to when you start to learn more of how to deal with them so you wont have them.... I wish you the best!!! Nelly

Pixie, we all felt that way. I panicked all thru the relaxation tapes at first and even when I signed on the first couple of times. But the second session gives you those tools you need to move forward. You can do it!
