That's a long time. I'm doing alright, I've decided to go through the program again but this time to actually do the relaxation 2-3X a day, journal and replace thoughts on paper daily. I've been improving alot but the last couple of days I've slipped back and I just figured out the culprit as I've gotten to lesson 5 (diet & exercise). I tried rewarding myself with candy and it's making me really moody and anxious. Neways things are looking up.

Hows things going with yourself?

Hi all, Just wanted to say hi, I have not been on the forum lateley, things have been pretty busy for me and there has been alot of changes in my life. I am going through the cd's slowly but surely and I am on cd 8, this program has helped me tremendously it gave me the tools to take a step back and evaluate my life. I pray everyday and I give all the Glory to my Lord, Jesus Christ, he has set me free from panic attacks, depression and anxiety. I know where my source of healing is now, in prayer and the Lucinda's program that was put in my path through praying for some help like this. God Bless you all. Your in my prayers

Nissi,

That sounds like my story, too. A good friend of mine said that she thinks we have to get so low that we are finally ready to have God help us change.

Bless You All
&
Keep @ it

Layha,
You have hit the nail very close to the head. Truth is that we are always motivated by mainly 2 things in our life, Pain and Pleasure. We want more of pleasure and less of pain. We will tolerate pain until it finally builds to the point where we can't take anymore, then we make a shift in our life. I have coached many divorce clients where this is the exact model. She/He has just not had enough pain to movtivate them to file. They wait till it is SOOO painful that they will do anything or act out in any way that gets them away from that pain. Lawyers love this as they feed off it. People go to God for the same reasons...so your spot on Layha!
Namaste,
Coach Earl

Nicely put CoachEarl. I remember learning about the pain and pleasure thing from Tony Robbins, that's really how it goes.

You coach for Stress center?

David,

I feel God changes us from the inside out. In our society we are so focused on the outside we forget to turn within.
I have finally found a personal relationship with the Father, Son & Holy Spirit. It is so powerful I have been a practicing Catholic for 30 some years, but never knew the power on talking with God on a daily, sometimes hourly basis.
I am so thankful for God & this program.

Bless us all
Lyla
