I too wake up with anxiety and it's awful. It is a struggle to get up to go to work. After reading other people's posts - I will have to try the relaxing CD before going to bed. I'm surprised so many other people feel the same way. Good luck to all of you and hope it gets better!

I find my anxiety is worse when it is time to go to sleep. I seem to be having a lot of bad dreams lately and I go straight into a full blown panic attack that leaves me feeling overwhelmed and with this feeling of deep sadness. It also takes me longer to get through the panic attack. I had my anxiety and panic under control for a few years and now they are back. I think that is where the sadness is coming in...I thought i was done and now here we go again. it's been a rough year. I have to find my way back to me nomatter back. I am thinking of giving my doctor a visit. Don't like feeling this way. I am always laughing and smiling and now I find myself battling between happiness and sadness. sorry, just venting.
Thank you!
Lynn
