I just got done listening to session 2 and working in my workbook and I feel great! I feel that I can overcome the anxiety I have. I know its no one else causing me to feel the bad way that I may feel sometimes. I have to take control of my thoughts and feels. After listening to the tape I know I can do just that. I have to step out on faith and face my fears, I have to appect it, and do something positive about it. I am just excited about the rest of the program and the rest of my life.

Reading the Bible and knowing that God wants the best for me is just even more liberating. Pleasing others and worring about how they feel and think is not the answer. Counting my blessing and feeling good about myself is what matters most. FACE THOSE FEARS...FACE THEM. TEAR THEM DOWN AND ERASE THEM...FIGHT BACK.

Hurray for you! :D It is definitely true that as we face our fears we will feel better and have more hope for the future. :) Paislee
