update to teenager angst

Hi all that are interested:

Right after I wrote that I felt out of control re: teens, I started taking a class called Love and Logic. It is great. It helps me be in control of me and gives me a pattern of what to say so that I am empathetic and loving but firm with my limits. I'd recommend it highly.

www.loveandlogic.com has lots of free resources.

Newrunner - I'm glad you found something that helps!!! Mine is only 10, but I think I will check the site out... he seems to hit many of lifes stages a little early... :)
