I have been trying for a baby for 3 years and I"m ready to throw the towel in. I had all the tests and I'm fine (as is my hubby) so all they could give me was unexplained infertility. I have had anxiety since I was little and it has gotten worse over the last few years. Does anyone think the two could be connected?

I think that there is definitely a direct link to problems having a baby and anxiety. See your doctor about it.
One of the reasons I am on the program is to get rid of this anxiety and perhaps start a family too.

Thanks Deb!
I get different answers depending on who I talk to. My Dr. says no, the anxiety should not be a problem but my therapist seems to think it could. I didn't know if anyone had success in overcoming their anxiety and then was able to get pg.

I feel so bad for you. I too have been trying for a baby for a year and a half. I do think it's stress related some how.
