Hello, I just ordered the program in hopes that it will help our family- I have severe stress and depression and has learned that that is also causing my anxiety and (for lack of better words) ditsyness-non attentivness. But i have learned all of this becuase my son is the same- and is very angry he has started making stories, and threatens people he pulls his hair out one at a time- he is wonderful and everybody loves him to death until his anxiety kicks in- he was hospitalized for saying he wanted to just die- and there is noone for him to talk to... I blame my self for his anxiety and depression- I hope this is something that will help both of us as neither one is on meds- Im too scared to go to the dr. and he starts in a week.

This program will help you. I too have an 11 year old son and I notice that when he gets nervous, I stay calm (most of the time). Yesterday I went to court for his custody and I won a lot more time. I have him 75% of the time and he goes with his father for 25%. He was very upset with me because his father had him coached by not only himself but his mother and attorney in how he should share his feelings to the evaluator. My son was very angry and sad yesterday and I stayed calm. I am starting my 8th week tomorrow and it has helped me. The exercise helps me a lot. Belive in it. I am just looking forward to the day I don't have to take .5 mg of xanax. Almost there. I have gotten a lot better in the last 6 months, I used to have anxiety all day almost to panic mode. Good Luck.
