LyndaLu,
I was unaware of your weight struggles. I sincerely hope you have similar success to that of your sister. Our physical well-being definitely affects are emotional states. So glad you seem to be on a great path now!

Re: Is medication-free really possible?
So happy to hear all that LyndaLu :D I can attest from personal experience that CBT works and eventually does become just like breathing. It takes time but I can tell you life is amazing once they do take hold. I still use my TEA forms a few times a week as a preventative measure but probably would ...

Re: Sometimes I want to give up
Dragonfly,
I hope things are turning around for you. Jmis has not replied which leaves me concerned. I always assume the best as the years have gone by it seems like the better people feel (I am guilty of this as well) the less they post. So hopefully Jmis is just happy and too busy to come back?

Re: Been There, Done That? Do this! - Sam Orbiz book questio
I am doing amazing, just been really busy and never seem to have any free time these days. Having said that I do think about you and all my friends here and always interested in how you are doing. Glad you are doing so well and I won't make any promises but will try to check in more regularly than I...

Re: How to Defuse Negative Thoughts Related to Depression
Life has been busy but busy is good when things are going well and you are feeling good again. Can't believe how far my life has come and I could not have done it without all of your support and alerting me to the Obitz's book and the TEA form exercise :D Good to hear from you WW! Thanks for the up...

Re: Is medication-free really possible?
Lynda, So glad you found what works for you :D There are no failures just learning experiences!!! I never would have been able to have gotten off of all my meds were it not for practicing all the new skills I learned in CBT. It was a lot of work and I made sure I was proficient at using my TEA forms...
