I was on it in 2003 but it didn't do much for me. I later learned the dose I was on was rather small and not really enough to affect me.

I'm afraid to eat. But that's because I have emetophobia (fear of vomiting). Also, sometimes after I eat I have a panic attack. Not sure why that is. It's as if I can feel the process of digestion and that scares me... even if I'm not consciously paying attention to it. Does that make ANY sense?

what helps for me is Deepak Chopra's ideas of how our thoughts can be the diffrence between good health and bad health. That and well alot of things are influenced by stress via the HPA axis (hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenals) which if you want more information you can ask me or look into Hans Selye...

sounds like you weren't truely ready, my advice is to start small with being assertive, being with people on forums or well online the build your way up.
