Re: Realizing about friendships/social anxiety
I am so happy you are continuing this-it sounds like fun and therefore, is so good for you. I am so happy also, that they are accepting you. Feeling accepted when you're up OR down is so important in life. I am learning that, too. Way to go!! Keep it up! Use your skills and practise at these events ...

Re: Thoughts?

I am happy with this program and then once I am done and just simply live and practise it for a while, I'd like to start thinking about those books. I hope al...

Re: what helps me with scary thoughts
I would suggest, every time you have scary obsessive thoughts of ANY kind, read that chapter and listen to that session in the program. Read the replacement sentences and make some up of your own. Re: How fast does should this program go?
That sounds like a good plan. I am going to trail off and just live and read some cool books at night time..but not re do the program. I would like to review the skills when I need though, just not do the whole program again. If I choose to do the program again in the near/far future if at all, then...

I wasn't diagnosed with a true eating disorder of Bulimia, I just suffered from stress and needing control and such (the doc says.) I do NOT thr...

You're right-under react to them always! And...direct that energy and creativity and intelligence outward, in that positive direction
I feel some days I can totally do it. Others are harder. This I know is normal. I will KEEP SMILIN and keep going!
Thanks

Re: what helps me with scary thoughts
I'm a musician....this could really help me. Maybe I will just break out in song and spontaneously improvise and write a short tune instead of chase my scary thoughts. Thanks!!!
