I too listen to the CD's in the car when ever I go somewhere. My kids are in the car too. I have 5 that are all home now for the summer. I don't care that they listen as well. So I found out that fish oil helps with anxiety and depression when it has to do with hormones. But it has to be 6 grams a day. Also Vitex is supposed to help. I'll try it and see if it helps.

I agree with paisleegreen. I also would add that putting it in the hands of Lord helps. If you have prayed about it and feel good about it, then I would say push throught that wall and do it.
