Stress Center Peer Support

Looking for someone who is or has gone through the program and made some progess to help me along.

I think it would greatly help me if I could have someone to check in with once a week or so.

I thought it would be great if I could find some people in the same situation as me or some people who have already made progress that I could chat to via skype to help me make progress with my anxiety and agoraphobia.

Any skype users out there?

I remember Grade 3 feeling fine and no problems. Grade 4 I started having feelings of panic and the agoraphobia started. It wasn't until I was 25 or 26 that I even new I had a problem. I just thought everybody was like I was. Was quite a revelation when I found out.
