Re: New to program

Hi Weebles, I wanted to say hello. I am also a member. This would be my third time going thru the program. I am 57 years old, I noticed you were 68 so I can identify. I also have agoraphobia, so I know how difficult it may be. I did get well the last two times doing the program (and prayer) and I kn...

Re: Dear Diary

Hi MKat, I hope you were able to go to the pool today and you had a good time! It's been so hot all around the country it sounded cool and refreshing. We use to have a pool and I miss it. I am struggling too, I have cycled into complete house bound agoraphobia and its very hard to recover. I need to...

I have a love/hate relationship with coffee..I am so very tired from the depression and chronic pain...I drink a cup to get going and wake up so I'm not so sleepy and weary, but then an hour later I get shaky and panicky. For a few months, earlier...

This time around is harder through, I am older and very immobile, due to a fall three years ago, I use a walker and wheelchair, and in pain. I was feeling better last year, I di...

Re: Coaching Comments Lesson 4

Hi Riggs, I am still here! I read the posts a few times a week and am praying for healing and recovery for us all! This is my third time for the program the first time it was the worst, I was practically bedridden for six months. It sure didn't seem to get any worse than that, I was probably one of ...

Re: scary/obsessive thought

I am having problems getting thru the scary obsessive thoughts too. I really do not worry about hurting others, or even myself, very rare if at all. My main worries are getting a terrible disease or dying,( or one of my loved ones) being in a wheelchair, mostly because I can barely walk and the pain...
