Hi Coach Chris;
I am receiving the sleep tablets but they no longer help me I am taking 3 a night now and really don't want to go up to 4. How do I stop the automatic shipments?

Just a suggestion Missy - it sounds like you are not staying busy. Organize your home, read a book, exercise, sing some songs, work on some crafts -- anything to take your mind off of obsessing.

I am here Missy. I am doing ALL the assignments for lesson 3 and it really seems to help when I am busy working the program. I am more confident, driven and do very little negative thinking. I do relapse though and when I do, I write the negative thoughts in the notebook and then create an opposing ...

Session 2 was very insightful on explaining the process that anxiety follows, what or should I say WHO can stop anxiety and also the true purpose of anti-depressants. Recently I was struggling with anxiety but these last few days I find my struggle is largely with depression.

I hope this helps - the Stress staff recommends carrying the cards of the lessons you've completed, with you. That way they are like crib notes of the book without having to carry a bulky book with you.

The assignment for session 1 is to identify any depression that may be present, focus on a clear picture of depression and begin activities that will start to alleviate and uplift. It is my hope that these activities will do this.
