I have also been going to a chiropractor and massage therapist. It helps alot!!!! The breathing exercise also stops anxiety from escalating. I am always surprised how fast it works. Good Luck

I'm doing the same thing. The writing is hard; but I'm trying to do everything by the book!!! I am feeling better and praying this is going to work. Everything in the program makes sense. I am hoping that I will soon stop "waiting for something to happen" and just go out, anywhere without thinking, ...

Those negative thoughts seem to be determined to haunt us. I really didn't think I had many---WRONG!!!---I will need a big notebook also. The deep breathing helps because while your're counting it stops the negative thought because we can only think of one thing at a time, so I'm doing plenty of bre...

I also have been here before ; but this time I'm sticking with it!!!!! I am just finishing session 3 and feeling better. Feeling as though I can't breath has always been a big fear of mine also. I used to carry a very small paper bag with me and would breath into it for a couple minutes and that helps. I still carry a bag; but haven't had to use it. I am ending session 3 now and am feeling soooo much better, still get...

Sounds Great !!!! Good luck ! I'm new,and in the middle of sesson 2, kind of leary; but doing good. Relaxation tape helps alot.
