Anyone try it, any feed back?

I think I was on 150mg of Zoloft, it helped me the first time around, the second time around it made me either more anxious or depressed, I didn't tolerate it well the second tome around, but everyone is different

We're supposed to track and change our negatives into positives daily for the entire program. You won't conquer negative thinking in a week, it will take time and practice and patience, just don't give up
