Re: Weaning off Anxiety Medication
Hi Coach Chris: Hi everyone. It has been a long time since I have been on the website. Hope everyone is doing well. Coach Chris, I was just wondering if you are aware of anyone having had a problem with "vibrations" in their head after getting off Klonopin? I have been off of it now for over 3 month...

Re: suicide- coaches plz help! anyone
Hi missgsr: Your post was great! I have been concerned about "smit" since I read the post earlier this year. I hope and pray "he or she" got some help. And Praise God you saw the light before you let things go too far for yourself. Never ever give up on yourself. God is always with you and will get ...

Re: Long term safety of benzodiazapenes.
This is scary to hear about. I am very concerned because I am on Klonopin going on five years now and Alzheimer's runs in my family. I talked to the nurse about this at my last visit and she said she wasn't too worried about it because I am trying to wean off of it instead of having to go up on the ...

Re: Side effects from weaning off Klonopin
Hi again FB: Just saw the PM on the right side of the page. Couldn't find it for looking too hard! And also thanks for the tips about the muscles. I have a really hard time with my arm muscles especially. Maybe that would help me. Will have to try it.

Re: Side effects from weaning off Klonopin
Hi FB. Was hoping to hear from you. So you have been dealing with anxiety for a long time? I keep thinking I will be healed and get over it completely but not yet. My worst problem seems to still be the very bad jitteriness and I am trying to reduce the Klonopin but it was this bad or worse when I w...

Re: Side effects from weaning off Klonopin
Hi FB: I have been doing much better since this last post. I am still weaning really slowly off the klonopin. I have some calm days and some really jittery days. Do you do that? If so, what do you do for it? I feel like I have something just crawling inside me and it is bad while I am sleeping but a...

Re: Share your most successful coping strategies
Hi Coach Chris: So glad the forum finally got brought back up. Have missed it. I am still weaning from Klonopin very, very slowly. The NP at my dr thinks I will successfully get off of it but may have to increase the Paxil to do so. I go through periods of extreme jitteriness still. Then I may go a ...

Hi smit. Just read your post and was concerned about you. Please don't keep waiting for this to go away on your own. Get someone to help you go to a dr. Panic attacks can cause you to have some serious thoughts that you need help with. I'll be praying for you and hope to hear back that you are doing...

Re: chemical imbalance?
Good morning Arat: You certainly have had your share of things that could cause anxiety. I am so sorry to hear all that for you. You have proven you are a strong person to have dealt with all that so you keep on hanging in there. I went through surgical menopause at age 42 and didn't have anxiety, a...
