Well coach, I have been driving a little alone buy not far from home. I am fine as long as my husband is with me. I can tell that I have developed more social anxiety.
It's just so hard. I often wonder why me??? I just want my life back!!!!

I often feel this way. I feel spaced out. Sometimes meds make you feel this way but I'm not on meds. I feel dizzy/spacey/ crazy! Hope it goes away soon.
