Sounds to me like your husband, for whatever selfish reason of his, wants you to stay the way you are. If you recover and become a more confident and happy person, maybe he's worried you won't need HIM anymore! Do not give up because of your husband's views. It is YOUR life! He has to live his, and ...

I believe it says on the package to take them at night and does warn of drowsiness. I know when I went a couple days taking them in the mornings, I could barely manage to stay awake.

I am just curious if anyone else in the WORLD has this phobia too. I am really scared about going out and getting my mail. Not agoraphobic, like scared of walking to the mailbox. But scared of actually getting the mail out of the box and then going through it, I guess thinking I'm going to find some...

O.K. Here's a question that I've been absolutely wanting to ask of other people for so long; but until I got the program and found these forums, I was too embarrassed to ask anyone. Does anyone else have a deep-seated fear of going to the mailbox and getting the mail? I don't fear going outside, I d...

Does anyone else kind of hate to go to bed sometimes because then the scary thoughts start swirling around? Just started the program and wondered if others have this problem? Then they get kind of overwhelming to where when it's time to get up, instead of jumping out of bed eager to face the day, ju...

Dear Parent of Teen: I agree with the other posts here. I just recently started the program; and I can assure you it is not some simplistic "love yourself" or religious program. It is taking you step by step through what causes such feelings and solutions to getting through them and being able to re...

When I ordered the program, I couldn't WAIT for it to come. Then after it arrived, it took me two weeks of looking at the box before I could open it! Has anyone else had the same thing happen to them? Now that I opened the box and watched the introductory DVD, I'm so glad I opened it. To see that so...

Hi, Sempercat! I too have had surgery (twice) and had pins put in my right foot and also reconstruction of left ankle (from car accident). Trust me when I tell you that you will NOT have problems with the pins or plates in the future when you are all healed up--if not for the scars I have left from ...
