Thanks. I know I must finish the program this time! I am on week 6 and I'm just doing what I can through each session if I'm not ready. I just feel like a train of thought gets stuck in my head and then its there until my mind finds something else to obsess on.

Coach Chris, It was only one cup in the morning with soy creamer but I also quit chocolate and sugary stuff. Its day 6 now and I am starting to feel better. I felt like I had the flu the first few days. I have replaced that hot cup in the morning with decaf lipton tea... that should be okay replacem...

annastime1, Thanks for your response. Kind of weird when the cd's encourage the peer forums but it seems like not a lot of traffic. I am on session 6 this week.
