I agree with Laura you should try to focus on your happiness. I felt the same way when one of my exes got married....but i kept thinking positive and now I have a great husband and two of the best babies!

Have you tried the relaxation part of the cd? It really helps teach you how to properly breathe that has been helping me alot

I felt the same way going into lesson two but now that im in it it is starting to help more and more....dont give up!
