I have those supplements from the Stress Center, however, my doctor doesn't want me to take them because he thinks they could upset my stomach( I've had stomach problems in the past). I think that you are being too hard on yourself. I myself have setbacks. What has really helped me the most is realizing that panic attacks are not dangerous and they will not kill me.
