Stress Center Peer Support

Just a question about alcohol. I know that alcohol is a depressant and usually anxious people drink to help it calm their nerves a bit but with me I think it has the opposite effect and makes me more anxious. Has anyone else had this experience?

WoW...that is something else. That does give me great encouragement. That is the # 1 thing that I keep thinking. I will never been the same again...I will never be the way I was. This is what I have to get over is the fear itself.
