Stress Center Peer Support

ive been working on my depression and anxiety for years. i find that the program is helping, but i backslide and beat myself up instead of forgiving myself for just being human. im so sick of being sick of crying, sick of feeling alone. just sick.

i can relate. for some reason my bedmate always has a problem with my night terrors. heheh

ive been on a reccomended 4mg a day for at least 3 years...my cognative skills also suffered, but when i started feeling better....and im still reeeeallllly having to work at that.....i just take one when i feel antsy. i tried quitting for a week and had a seizure. kolonopin is seizure medication so...

for me, i recently found out that my stress from not knowing who I was or even knowing myself very well was an aweful fear of being unable to just exist...to just be. hardest thing to to...still working with it, thanks
