Re: Help

They are sweet but extremely healthy, not to mention brain food and one shake contains all the vitamins and nutrients you need for a full day. My favorit...

Re: how can i make myself eat

I have a HUGE fear of vomiting. My anxiety and stress are in my stomach. I still have a long way to go but I as well skip meals and it doesnt bother me. But, if I wait too long to eat then I feel light headed and worse then if I do eat. I dread meals and I know this is all in my head but I still am ...

Re: getting anxious....

I have had anxiety since I was about 16yrs old, possibly earlier but that is the first I remember it. I got for long periods of time without severe anxiety. My anxiety has always been there just not so prevalent at times. My anxiety started up really bad about 3 months ago. Now I have a hard time go...

Re: new to the program - a cancer phobic person

I am a hypocondriac as well. I am always thinking about how I feel all the time. Every ache and pain I look more into then what it is. I am constantly concerned about throwing up as I am terrified of doing. I think what if I have a heart attack because I get the tight chest. Everytime I go to the do...

Re: Lucinda are you out there?

I was up to session 4 and just felt like I was moving too fast. I was not doing the relaxation exercise like I was suppose to. I decided to restart back to session 2. My anxiety started to get bad again around session 3 so I should of restarted then. I just have so many body symptoms and it is so ha...

Hello. I have had the program for about 6 weeks. I am just getting started on the peer support because of computer issues. I was doing quite well after the first two weeks. I seemed to be having a better attitude and less anxiety. When it came to week three I was having a very hard time being positi...
