When feeling "normal", when my self-esteem is strong, it is easy to KNOW that I have the freedom to do anything. That I can mess things up and make a fool of myself and I don't really care. Indeed. This looks like hard work but I see the benefit observing the thinking mechanism. I appreciate the candid examples, I will try post some of my own as week three goes on for me.
