Re: Any ideas on how to get more protein if you're a vegetar

Hemp seed is really high in protein. You can probably put a few tablespoons in a smoothie or something and be good to go. And in case you're wondering, no it's not the same as marijuana, in fact you can buy a decent sized bag of hemp seed at Costco.

Re: Does anyone want to buddy up?

I understand that the point of this message board is to give each other support through the process of this program. That isn't working. I have posted several times without much response. plenty of view, but not much response. I have seen that other people have been having the same problem. I need ...

Difference between CDs and DVDs?

The program comes with "coaching DVDs" and also the session CDs. I notice in the coaching DVDs, there is sessions 1-15, just like the CDs. Is the DVD a supplement to the CDs or is it the same but with video as well as audio? I'm not sure which I'm supposed to use first...

Re: Dear Diary

Jerry Seinfeld did a bit during his show where he says, “According to most studies, people's number one fear is public speaking. Number two is death. Death is number two. Does that sound right? This means to the average person, if you go to a funeral, you're better off in the casket than doing the e...

God has blessed me with so many things, a wonderful and supportive family, great friends, and a loving wife. I can wallow in despair but that will not help my condition nor wil...

Music to Reinforce Positive Thinking

Anyone play a song or maybe even just a few lyrics from a song in their head as a form of positive thinking? I've been trying this out and it seems to work when you don't really know what to say to yourself. I'm a big fan of Jason Mraz (that's where CurbsideProphet comes from) and he has some great ...

Re: NEGATIVE THINKING

I just finished listening to Session 3, and boy that was tough. I never realized how many negative thoughts, especially "what if's" I have during the day. I realized I actually wake up with a negative thought, usually, how lonely am I going to be today with my husband at work and what if something ...

Re: Considering drugs- any success stories?

So, I see lots of negatives on drugs....anyone have a positive story? Absolutely. Xanax basically saved my life or at least gave me back one. I was in a similar situation as you (anxiety 24/7 w/ panic attacks) and turned to drinking heavily to calm myself. Xanax allowed me to finish school, get out...
