Re: Life Coach very helpful!

I am so happy to say I am doing fantastic! I have had some of the best days of my life these last two days! I am really enjoying the simple things in life. I used to really enjoy cooking but really because of self esteem issues lost my desire. Last night, a week night, I got home and said I am going...

Re: Suggestions for Panic Attacks at Night?

OK, so I know exactly how you feel, because I have been waking up at 4am with severe anxiety except. I am living very closely to this program. They said in one of the CDs you need to experience the anxiety and do the recommendations with self-talk following the steps to get over them. So, I personal...

Re: Life Coach very helpful!

Yes, I agree. I notice a lot of posts on difficult times. I think the people who are doing well don't come on as much but we need to hear thier stories too! I find a lot of hope in hearing about other people who are recovering. It's all about positive self talk. I am trying so hard to turn my negati...

I do have intermittent anxiety but seem to be getting through it faster buy allowing myself to feel anxious and knowing it will pass as well as speaking to myself in a rational and non-catastrophic way. Re: Stomach issues...or worse???

WOW! This makes me feel so good. I have the exact story. I have a colonoscopy scheduled...maybe I should cancel it:) One thing my doctor did tell me is when under stress it has been strongly proven that you produce more acid which causes bloating and gas and that stress cause consipation too. I feel...

Re: SEVERE Anxiety Over Stomach

I do not know if you're still around but I could copy and paste your entry because my story is the same. I have also been to the ER and had a CT scan. Nothing showed. I have finally decided to have a colonoscopy- my doctors says to end my worry. I am new to the program and have noticed that it is ha...

New to the Program

I am new to the program 2 1/2 weeks. I am 41 and have a long history of panic attacks and chronic worry. The majority of my worries have involved my health. There have been several bouts of depression and anxiety related to worries about terminal illnesses from my head to my toes, literally. One inv...
