I haven't started the supplements yet but do take an antidepressant and a medicine for anxiety. What I am wondering has anyone had any reactions when on medicine for depression and anxiety and taking the supplements. Any input would be most helpful, to help me decide if this is right for me. No doctor. Refuse to go on meds unless there is no other option. Trying to stay positive. You're welcome Kamo. I went 5 days without sleeping than slept for a couple hours on day 6 and 7 than didn't sleep for another 5 days. Over the years the drugs they have given me for anxiety and depression leave me feeling numb I didn't feel happy and I didn't feel sad some where lost it the middle but most of all I didn't feel like me and I like me.
