I feel so bad that my husband has to deal with all that I am going through. He is becoming distant and he does NOT understand what I am going thur. My kids do not deservive having to go thur this either. What do I do........

Hi I have post traumatic stress disorder now for about 2 yrs. It was not diagnosed right away and I also developed depression. I just started the program and am hoping this will help. I have been told this is something I may have to deal with for the rest of my life. How is the progress after time ...
