Hi Lynda :D I took amatriptalin years ago !! It helped calm me down , but i felt like a slept most of the day away and valium as well... did not like the amatriptaline but i took it for awhile. Valuim really helped me in tressfull times i liked it better because i cld control when i needed help calm...
