Re: My Panick attack symptoms have change so drastically

Oh, i'm sorry, but losing all of that weight in such a short time has most likely affected your physsiological welll being and adding to the chaos. Your body and mind need to get used to the new You, as well.

Re: My Panick attack symptoms have change so drastically

you are in a chronic state of anxiety--no worries--you are afraid of the fear is what is different. Your anxiety has just reached an all time high for you,no wonder you even get them at night! I've been there at that point but i am worried that you are not getting a 'normal' consistent dosing of Xan...

Re: 'Contamination'

Hi--this sounds like classic OCD--you are really afraid ,or not willing to deal with at this time,of facing the truly worrisome things in your life. You are suffering from a great deal of stress; it's no wonder you are dealing with other worrisome symptoms. This is a case of OCD where you aren't de...

Re: !!!

That is just the analytical side to our personalities. But we don't have to chase down every bad thing or notion just to understand WHY we feel nasty. Just enjoy the feeling good part of this program and be grateful that we DO have intellect and analytical sides to us ,when used appropriately.~~~Tr...

Re: First time user

Yes, talking or letting 'it out' really helps, especially if one is going thru the program without a professional coach, which I think costs about a thousand dollars. SO, in short--the support and different ideas from other ppl really helps!~~Trish

Re: to feel or not to feel

Hi--yes i have been there--placing myself in a little box and i actually CAUSED my own illness by doing this. I wouldn't allow myself to feel appropraiately because i had to survive an awfully dysfunctional "rearing" shall we call it. DON'T put your mental energy in a box at such a young age--you h...
