Real Stressed, I don't know if I can say this on here, but Dave Ramsey's "Total Money Makeover" improved my anxiety and depression last year so much when I was living pay check to pay check. It's only $10 audio book $15 hard back at Target, so not too bad. I think you want answers and help with that...

I have quite the opposite problem, I sleep to much. But have you tried the Relaxation audio CD? It's so relaxing for me I don't even make it through last section. You might try that. Today is my last day of Session 2 and I am getting slowly better. Just try to stay positive and keep listening, journaling, and writing in workbook each day. I have also thought about advancing quicker than the program suggests, but I have to believe there is a reason that they want you to go through one session weekly.
