Re: LOTS of thoughts....

Howdy. I'm "L". I know what you mean, and I bet you hate that Relaxation CD by now, huh? I sure do. It is memorized at this point. I am working on that, and if you wish, I'll tell ya what I know and what has worked for me. I was just about to make a post of this, but this seems fitting enough: Title...

Re: GRRRRRR ...second guessing :(

Call them "anxious episodes" if it makes you feel good. I never bolted out of a room (although I wanted to), so I never called them "panic attacks" either, but they were. Your post itself shows anxiety-thinking, for lack of a better term. Stick with the program and reread that post 6 - 8 weeks from ...

Re: The anxiety feelings+negative thoughts are getting stron

It is normal when you have anxiety. ; )

"Normal" as a whole? Well, that is an entirely different topic. But you are fine, my friend.

Re: new here/bad day

My (limited) advice would be to stick with the program and give it every chance at success.

I am neither a doctor nor a paid spokesperson.

And nothing is wrong with you, aside from the fact that you have anxiety. Which is OK.

Re: Losing Myeslf

Thanks for both of your replies. Talking it through seems to help by itself.

Also, I am thinking that if I ever wanted to go back to my old ways of thinking, well, that would be the easyiest thing ever. It's what I did naturally anyway.....so why worry?

Thanks again,

L

Losing Myeslf

Hi all. I'm Larry. This might sound weird, but...

I get concern about losing ME by doing this program. I mean, even if I am flawed and imperfect, it's ME!!! I don't want to lose that.

Too weird?

Re: speed up the program?

Hi. I'm no expert, but that is a classic example of "anxious thinking", for lack of a better term. I've wondered the same thing..... isn't there a way to transfer this info faster???????? ...........I think we are weird like that by our very nature. I would say just be patient and follow the ateps a...

Re: New to the program

Howdy, I'm Larry....38 years of age. I'm pretty much in the same boat...depression first (that's why I bought the program) and learning just how much of it is anxiety-related. And I have all kinds of knowledge when it comes to Internet chat...that's how I met my last two girlfriends, so ask question...
