Stress Center Peer Support

I've been on Lexapro for about 2 years now. I believe my depression is mainly a chemical imbalance because whenever I'm off it my emotions are more raw and on the surface and I feel more out of control. So, this medication has worked wonders for myself and my mom as well.

It's amazing how rest/sleep restores us. I took a 4 hour nap this evening after work and it's like I'm a new person....almost
I also feel like my soul is just nowhere to be found. Depression breaks our spirit but we must fight!! I find that watching comedies really helps.
