I know it's an anxiety disorder and I use the strategies from the program to deal with the symptoms. I was just curious how people differentiate these symptoms from the symptoms of something else. Thanks for all the responses

Before starting this program, I went to the doctor for symptoms that I didn't know were panic attacks (e.g. Hives, feeling light headed, etc.). The dr. prescribed me a generic form of celexa. I have been using the steps to stop panic attacks and they have world for me this far. I still have the body sensations but I just "float" through it. However I keep having this feeling in the back of my head that if I am having a health issue like heart attack or stroke, I will think it is anxiety ...
