You shouldnt lower your expectations, just don't set them so high... That way if things don't work out, it doesn't phase you as much... Just realize that life gets pretty shitty sometimes, but you ARE strong enough to come out of them:)

Relaxation Session!
Ok, with the relaxation session... On the muscle tension part, exactly what is it that it does? Does it teach us how to relax our muscles when she tells us to tense the muscles and then relax? What is the purpose of that part? I'm a tad-bit confused....

Yeah, i kinda hated starting over... But when I first got this program the first 3 sessions made a huge difference... So for some reason I feel like if I just start over, it will repeat and help me:( I'm so desperate for relief right now...
