yeah well i try to eat well but i think most of my problem stems from getting little exercise and the fact that im anemic. and probably my anxiety.

ibs plus difficulty going to the bathroom
I am a 24 year old man and i have had this for about 10 years. My body doesnt seem to be able to expel waste from my body quickly enough. Like for instance, i had a large meal 2 days ago and i have yet to have a bm. I am just wondering if anybody else has this problem. TY.

Wow. I am really surprised as to how similar my situation is to yours. I am 24 and i started having panic attacks at 15. And i have chest pains all the time. I am scared to go get it checked. I have stomach issues very badly. I have sever stomach pains on a daily basis. I feel like I'm dying all the...
