I started taking bran about a month and a half ago. I started slowly and worked my way up. It seems to help with the digestive system. With my stomache muscles always being so tense I started having problems with diarea then constipation. Back and forth. I haven't had problems since I started taking...

So I realized something about myself yesterday by doing this. I'm harder on my self and expect more from my self than I do from others. i just put toons on for my 3 year old and i put on my head phones and sit on the couch with him and he watches tv while i take a few mins. I also go to biofeedback and have been tought that even if you do it for 5 min a few times a day you brain is getting a break so you dont have to do the full 15...

Thank you so much for the encouragement. That was a bad day! I was getting stressed over nothing really. This is deffinately going to take some time and practice for me to get over. AHHHH!!! That is how I feel today. I'm getting so stressed out today! I started session 4 yesterday. Obviously this is a struggle for me. How can I be less affected.
