Re: fear
I personally feel I'm afraid of what seems to be everything. The sad part is they're things that should make me happy or excited. Like getting engaged and married. Not necessarily having children and caring for them but I am terrified of labor and childbirth to the point of where it's made me think ...

Re: any good results from Prozac?
I was on Prozac for a little over a year and it did work wonders for my depression and anxiety. It did give some minimal nausea, constipation and sleeplessness as listed as some side effects but after about 3 months that wore off. My doctor didn't want me to get used to taking the medication so I di...

Re: Supporting an IBS sufferer
I can't speak from experience of being married to someone suffering from this, but from my own point of view as someone that suffers from it. It depends on the severity but definitely get examined and don't mix the symptoms of that with the anxiety. It is definitely treatable. You may require a full audiogram and some nasal spray treatm...

Re: so anxious about my medicine!! please help
I've suffered from anxiety since I was about 9 years old. As I've gotten older it worsened. A couple of years ago I talked to my doctor about it once again and not thinking I was suffering from depression, she placed me on a low dosage of Prozac. I don't know when but I did start to feel calmer, and...

Re: Help! anxiety upon falling asleep
I as well experience a similar problem. It seems like once it gets dark and I know that bedtime is approaching, I grow fearful and anxious of not being able to have restful sleep. If I am lucky enough to fall asleep around 11:30 p.m., like clockwork I seem to wake up between 1:00-1:30 a.m. panicking...
