I drink Green tea decaf and it works for me ... I started with 3 cups and day and I don't think you can completely cutt back on caffeine or salt you need that in your body ... because if you drink plenty of water it takes out the salt that's in your body and that would mean you'll end up losing out ...

Trying to figure out what to do ...
I been doing really well with the program in the beginning and I stop using the program ;/ and more anxiety kick in.. not as strong like the first time around.. when I didn't understand what the hell was wrong with me.. Now at least I know what causes my anxiety and I'm working on it ... But eating ...

I think that would help a lot too if they had open chat rooms with different points of interest.... It would be quicker feed backs and you wouldn't have to wait all these hours... waiting to see if someone feels the way you feel or can relate to it if anything :/

I usually feel better in the evening as well ... I can't stand the mornings I wake up and feel like I need to vomit or run to the bathroom and not to mention lack of appetite. Does anyone take the GoodDay vitamins ??

The first time I notice my anxiety was when I got my first palpatation it made me really nervous that I drove myself to the hospital. My heart was racing and I thought I was going to drop on the floor from all the symptoms. I'm talking about light headed, fear of death, not being able to understand ...

Breathing technique
I don't know but, I feel when I do this breathing technique using my stomach instead of my chest. I end up with pressure in the center of my chest leaving me with discomfort thoughout the whole day. Sometimes it last longer then I start to worry about something I shouldn't be worried about because n...
