Hi i havent talked to a few people about this but alot of people just tell me im crazy... there is something about being alone in a house that relly bothers me.. does anyone else feel this way?

Hi everyone! iam sometimes get really bad panic attacks and i feel scared to go to sleep buy i think im going to die in my sleep.. has anyone ever experienced this before?
