Aversion to journaling...privacy thing- anyone else?

I find I am just not comfortable journaling for privacy reasons. I have never kept a physical journal that didn't end up being read my someone at some later point. Keeping it online is slightly better, but still not 100% comfortable and in someways even less due to the permanent storage. Does anyone...

Re: session 3

This time around (re-starting program) I am out of commission, on crutches, about to have surgery and so I envy everyones busy schedule, lol. I have used the program with an insane schedule (I just felt so much better after session 7 that I stopped that time :) and I found keeping the sessions and r...

Re: How about my negative self talk about others around me?

YogaYoga- I can relate! I was just wondering the same thing about myself...it has gotten way more focused on others. But, how I see it is, really the issue is seeing the negatives in others and not the positives and therefore continuing the 'addiction' to negative thinking- whatever or whoever the s...

How to get question answered by StressCenter.com staff?

I was wondering how to get questions answered by StressCenter.com staff and also how to know when reading forums when it is StressCenter.com staff answering? It seems some of the coaches post here, but have regular screen names, so I wasn't sure how to tell. I appreciate the input from program users...

Re: Any interaction between supplements and medicine

Where is everyone getting the Renew vitamins? I saw a website with a picture of them, but its just a front page and says "coming soon". I loved the good days and good nights (I think they were called) vitamins available at grocery store a few years ago, but it doesn't seem like those are still aroun...

Re: Found out I was Hypothyroid last week..been going crazy

I disagree, google and be informed. But, I guess only if you can see it as a positive thing- you are getting a lot of information (some good, some not as helpful) and that is great. The good news is hypothyroidism is very common and you are lucky to know! Many don't and therefore feel not so great a...

Re: MVPS/Dysautonomia

mitral valve prolapse affects almost 50% of female population (there are certain predisposed subgroups....tall/thin is one) and so many Dr.'s dismiss it as not serious or needing to be treated. However, for some (my mom had this situation) it causes panic attacks and many physical symptoms described...

Autoimmune leading to AVN from side effects

I started the program the first time after having an autoimmune disease (that took forever to diagnose, was really sick, in hospitals etc.) possibly triggered by (or made worse by) high heavy metal levels. I was treated at Johns Hopkins and when a doctor their made the Dx, I was at the end of my rop...

Does the program change each year?

Random question, but does the program change each year? I noticed there are copyright dates and that the website now shows multiple workbooks versus one when I ordered- was more content added? Do the CD's change? Just curious. Update: This may help non-company people answer. The 2010 version has 1 w...

This is old, but in case people are still reading old posts...I have to say, stimulant medications (ritalin, adderall) were soooo helpful for me! Now, after a serious illness, I have depression/anxiety to contend with, but if I don't take the ADD meds, I really panic, get anxious and depressed. For ...
